Paul
F. Mik, Jr., with Re/Max Group Auctioneers, has  more
than 13 years of real estate and auction experience. He is a
licensed real estate broker and auctioneer, as well as a member of
the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI). In addition, he holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Businesss/Administration.
Paul
is a full-time Broker/Auctioneer. This is not a sideline,
extra-income-type endeavor for Paul. His career is selling real
estate and to be successful he must serve his clients well. Whether
it's a farm, commercial investment property, or a private residence,
Paul's job is to get it sold -- and he does!
Throughout
his career, Paul has sold millions of dollars' worth of real estate.
This experience has shown him that the traditional methods of selling
real estate are not always the best methods. While the auction has
often been associated with distressed property in the past, many are
recognizing its benefits in today's market as the sale of first
choice. Paul recognizes these benefits and would like to share them
with you.
