Although there is no obligation to bid, all prospective buyers must register.
TERMS:
Real Estate -All properties require 15% down auction day, balance in
30 days upon closing. Of the 15% earnest money payable at the
auction, $2,000.00 per property must be a cashiers or bank check
payable to purchaser. Purchasers will endorse checks over to
auctioneer upon being awarded the bid. Balance of earnest money may
be made by company or personal checks. 10% buyers premium will be
added to the final bid on all properties.
DIRECTIONS:
From the Brandenburg by-pass, travel south on Hwy 79 approximately 2
miles to a right (west) on Hwy 144 approximately 10 miles through
Paynesville to a right on Hwy 1844 (or better known as Liberty Road).
Take a left on Green Valley Road. Signs posted.
