REGISTRATION:
Although there is no obligation to bid, all prospective buyers must register.
TERMS:
All properties require 15% down auction day, balance in 30 days upon
closing. Of the 15% earnest money payable at the auction a portion
must be a cashiers or bank check payable to purchaser in the amount
of $2,000.00. Purchasers will endorse checks over to auctioneer upon
being awarded the bid. Balance of earnest money may be made by
company or personal checks. 10% buyers premium will be added to the
final bid on all real estate.
