AUCTION:
Held on site. There will be introductions and an explanation of the
auction process and terms at the beginning of each sale. All
announcements made at each auction will take precedence over printed,
advertised, or oral information.
REGISTRATION:
Although there is no obligation to bid, all prospective buyers must
register at the auction site. Registration will begin one hour prior
to sale time on the date of the auction.
AUCTION
TERMS REAL ESTATE:
15% down on the day of the sale, with balance due within 30 days or
less. 10% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price to
determine the purchase price.
