REAL ESTATE: 15% down on the day of the sale, ($5,000 in
certified funds and the balance with a personal check) with balance
due within 30 days or less. 10% buyers premium will be added to the
final bid price to determine the purchase price.
TAXES REAL ESTATE:
2000 Real Estate Taxes will be prorated between the buyer and seller.
POSSESSION REAL ESTATE:
30 Days from Date of Deed.

ESTATE: The balance of the purchase price will be due and payable
