Held on site. There will be introductions and an explanation of the
auction process and terms at the beginning of each sale. All
announcements made at each auction will take precedence over printed,

REGISTRATION:
Although there is no obligation to bid, all prospective buyers must
register at the auction site. Registration will begin one hour prior

AUCTION TERMS
REAL ESTATE: 15% down on the day of the sale, with balance due
within 30 days or less. 10% buyers premium will be added to the final
bid price to determine the purchase price.
TAXES REAL ESTATE:
2000 Real Estate Taxes will be prorated between the buyer and seller.
POSSESSION REAL ESTATE:
60 Days from Date of Auction.
CLOSING REAL
ESTATE: The balance of the purchase price will be due and payable
at closing. Closing can be scheduled for as soon as possible but in
no event shall the closing date be later than 30 days after the
auction date.
