REAL ESTATE: 15% down on the day of the sale, with balance due
within 30 days or less. 10% buyers premium will be added to the final
bid price to determine the purchase price.
TAXES REAL ESTATE:
2000 Real Estate Taxes will be prorated between the buyer and seller.
POSSESSION REAL ESTATE:

CLOSING REAL ESTATE:
The balance of the purchase price will be due and payable at closing.
