The initial 5% wire transfer must be completed and the above escrow account credited by 5:00 P.M. Eastern Daylight Savings Time, Tuesday, May 30. The earnest money must be increased by an additional 10% via wire transfer, which wire transfer shall be completed and credited to the same RE/MAX escrow account above by 5:00 P.M. Eastern Daylight Savings Time, Friday, June 2, 2000. Earnest money is non-refundable unless Seller fails to convey good merchantable title to the property as provided in the Sales Contract.
