AUCTION SITES:
The auction of properties will be held on site at each location.
Rain or shine. Signs identify all properties.
REGISTRATION:
Although there is no obligation to bid, all prospective buyers
must register.
TERMS: Real Estate -
All properties require 15% down auction day, balance in 30 days
upon closing. Of the
15% earnest money payable at the auction a portion must be in the
form of a cashiers or bank check payable to purchaser. Cashiers or
bank checks are required in the stated amounts for the following
properties: #1201 thru #1203 - $2,000.00 per home, #1204 -
$1,000.00 per tract, #1205 - $2,000.00 for home and $1,000.00 for
land tract & #1206 thru #1208 - $10,000.00 per home.
Purchasers will endorse checks over to auctioneer upon
being awarded the bid. Balance
of earnest money may be made by company or personal checks.
Personal Property - Payment in full auction day by cash or
guaranteed funds. 10% buyers premium will be added to the final
bid on all real estate and personal property.
SPECIAL FINANCING: Below
market interest rates or seller paid closing concessions for
qualified buyers! Choice
of these options are available to bidders pre-approved prior to
the auction with Real Estate Custom Finance, Inc., a Georgia
Residential Mortgage Licensee.

without expressed or implied guarantee or warranty. Potential
bidders on Property #1204 may conduct lead based paint inspections
during the 10 days immediately prior to the auction.
