The auction of properties will be held on site at each location. Rain or shine. Signs identify all properties.
REGISTRATION:
Although there is no obligation to bid, all prospective buyers must register.
TERMS:
Real Estate - All properties require 15% down auction day, balance in 30 days upon closing. Of the 15% earnest money payable at the auction a portion must be in the form of a cashiers or bank check payable to purchaser. Cashiers or bank checks are required in the stated amounts for the following properties:
#701: $ 500.00 per Lot/Tract; #702 - #708: $2,000.00 per home tract and $1,000.00 per tract of land.
Purchasers will endorse checks over to auctioneer upon being awarded the bid. Balance of earnest money may be made by company or personal checks. Personal Property - 10% buyers premium will be added to the final bid on all real estate and personal property.
SPECIAL FINANCING:
