30 days upon closing. Of the 15% earnest money payable at the
auction, $2,000.00 per property must be in the form of a cashiers or bank check
payable to purchaser. Purchasers
will endorse checks over to auctioneer upon being awarded the bid.
Balance of earnest money may be made by company or personal checks.
Personal Property: Cash or Good Check day of auction. 10% buyers premium will be added to the final bid on all real estate
and personal property.
