REGISTRATION: Although there is no obligation to bid, all prospective buyers must register.
TERMS: Real Estate: 15% down auction day, balance in 30 days upon closing. Of the 15% earnest money payable at the auction a portion must be in the form of a cashiers or bank check payable to purchaser.
