Cash or good check in full on the day of the auction.  10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the purchase price. 
 6% Kentucky sales tax charged on applicable items.  Resale certificate a must for dealers. Farm exemption certificate a must for farmers. No exceptions.

When the auctioneer declares the item sold.
