Mr. Ron Wall, owner of Wall’s Body Shop, has been in the automotive re-construction business in the same location for 36 years. He has now decided to retire to the family farm and take life just a little bit easier, however, he will be tinkering and building a few rebuildable wrecks. Good Luck Ron.

ORDER OF AUCTION:
Guns, Jewelry, Vehicles, Body Shop Equipment, Tools and Miscellaneous.
TERMS:
1.
To buy guns, you must be 21 years of age and reside in the state of Kentucky or possess a valid (bring a copy) Federal Firearms License. NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. There will be a 10% Buyer’s Premium added to all winning bids to determine final selling prices.
TAXES:
There will be a 6% KY sales tax collected on all applicable items unless you possess a valid Re-sale certificate (Bring a copy). NO EXCEPTIONS! Sales tax on vehicles will be collected by the County Clerk’s office.
POSSESSION:
Vehicles – immediately following proper transfer. All other items – Day of Auction, following payment in the order of Cash or Good Check, out of town Checks must be accompanied by an irrevocable letter of credit on bank stationery with a NO STOP PAYMENT CLAUSE.
PARKING:
Parking will be available at the Church of Christ, 1211 N. Dixie Ave.,
Elizabethtown, KY (in front of Wall’s Body Shop).
