AUCTION SITES:
The auction of properties will be held on site at each location. Rain
or shine. Signs identify all properties.
REGISTRATION:
Although there is no obligation to bid, all prospective buyers must register.
TERMS:
Real Estate -All properties require 15% down auction day, balance in
30 days upon closing. Of the 15% earnest money payable at the auction
a portion must be a cashiers or bank check payable to purchaser. The
following properties require 15% down and cashiers or bank check as
stated: #301 & #303-$2,000.00; #302-$1,000.00; #304 &
#306-$5,000.00 per home & $2,000.00 per tract; #305-$10,000.00
for the home & $2,000.00 per tract. Purchasers will endorse
checks over to auctioneer upon being awarded the bid. Balance of
earnest money may be made by company or personal checks. 10% buyers
premium will be added to the final bid on all properties.

Below Market Interest Rates or Seller Paid Closing Concessions for
qualified buyers! Choice of these options are available to
buyers/bidders pre-approved prior to auction sale with Real Estate
