completing this form, in full, and returning it to Re/Max Group
Auctioneers via FAX within 48 hours prior to the date and time of the auction;

Broker or broker's agent has shown property to the above named Buyer
prior to registering the above named Buyer;
3.
Broker or broker's agent attends the auction with the above named buyer;
4.
Broker or broker's agent must attend the closing of the property with
the above named buyer;
5. The
above named Buyer is the successful high bidder on the property and
the above named Buyer closes on the property.
