RE/MAX Group Auctioneers is presenting the Elizabethtown Investors Auction featuring 12 real estate properties.  This auction will be held at the Elizabethtown Tourism Building at 11:00 am EST on Saturday, October 28th.  Click here for directions.

Inspections can be scheduled as needed for vacant properties.  Properties that are under lease must have inspections scheduled with the tenants.  Please allow the landlord time to contact the tenants to coordinate a time for the inspection.

Registration:  There is no obligation to bid.  Register prior to the beginning of the auction in order to be able to bid.  There is no cost for registration.

Terms & Conditions 

There will be a 10% Buyer’s Premium added to determine the final sale price.  A total of 15% down the day of sale on real estate, balance within 30 days or less.  2017 taxes will be prorated.  Sold “AS IS WHERE IS” without expressed or implied warranty.  Buyer will receive landlord possession day of closing.  All verbal disclosures the day of sale take precedence over any terms here.  Guaranteed marketable title, free of all liens and encumbrances.  

All taxes are prorated along with the rents.  All security deposits will transfer to the new owner on the day of closing.  

Special note:  All homes built prior to 1978 will be available for lead based paint inspection beginning 10 days prior to sale date.  Waiver will be issued on the day of auction.
